Responsibilities

• Provide accurate translation and interpretation between Vietnamese and English for various documents, meetings, and communications.
• Assist in developing bilingual materials, including reports, presentations, and marketing content.
• Support cultural competency initiatives by offering insights into Vietnamese customs, traditions, and communication styles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure clarity and consistency in multilingual communications.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information handled during translation or interpretation tasks.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry terminology and best practices related to language services.

Experience

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Prior experience in translation, interpretation, or language-related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
