GST is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer/Marketing Support Specialist with experience working in a corporate environment. This role supports the development of high‑quality visual assets while assisting with marketing initiatives, events, and company-wide communications. The ideal candidate brings a professional, friendly presence, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable representing the company at events.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital and print materials, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, web assets, ads, flyers, invitations, and trade show materials
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to translate concepts into effective, on‑brand visuals
- Develop, maintain, and apply brand standards and visual guidelines
- Edit and retouch images to ensure polished, professional output
- Support marketing initiatives by gathering and organizing promotional materials
- Assist with trade shows and company events, including setup and on‑site support
- Attend company functions and capture professional event photography for internal communications and social media use
- Support company-wide announcements and marketing content distribution
- Perform additional marketing and cross‑functional duties as needed
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience working in a corporate or professional business environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile, high‑quality design work
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
- Ability to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback
Bonus Skills: AI Skills, Motion graphics, video editing, illustration, photography, or UX/UI experience
