You’ll help clear driveways, sidewalks, and commercial lots to keep properties safe and accessible during snowstorms. Ideal for those who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and don’t mind early mornings or flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Remove snow from residential and commercial properties using shovels, snow blowers, or company equipment
- Apply ice melt and ensure walkways are safe and clear
- Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining tools and materials
- Respond promptly to snow events, often early mornings, nights, or weekends
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from team leads
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
- Capable of lifting 40 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods
- Prior snow removal, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work when snow hits
