**Job Summary:**
Golden Rule Properties, a growing Property Management company is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys a well kept and tidy yard and appreciates maintenance and care of the grounds, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. The position will also require some Mainteance work as well, including Home repair and plumbing, as you will be a floater between the 3 local properties we have, in case extra hands are needed on a project.
**Duties:**
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscape areas.
- Perform landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, and mulching.
- Ensure cleanliness of outdoor spaces.
- Ability to assist maintenance supervisor with occasional maintenance requests to include some light electrical repairs, assist with clearing the occasional sewer clog, and reading community water meters
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or related field.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for landscaping.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining outdoor areas.
