Pay and Bonuses
- $21-$25 per hour, based on CNA experience
- $600 sign-on bonus (Full Time Employees Only)
- $1 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts (Subacute and SNF)
- $2 per hour Monday-Sunday for Subacute Unit CNAs only
Full Time Subacute Unit:
- AM: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- PM: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- NOC: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 4 on 2 off rotating schedule
- AM: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- PM: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- NOC: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 4 on 2 off rotating schedule
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- AM: (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- PM: (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- NOC: (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide physical comfort, emotional support, and social interaction
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment
- Protect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Perform rounds per protocol and as needed
- Complete required documentation and in-service training
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Respond to call lights promptly
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and hygiene
- Make beds and change linens
- Assist with toileting and incontinent care
- Serve and assist with meals; record intake and output
- Weigh residents as requested
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion
- Use proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Follow universal precautions and safety rules
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- BLS certification
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Honest, dependable, and compassionate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- U.S. work authorization
- Experience is a plus but not required
- New graduates welcome; no need to wait for your physical card if state exams have been passed
- Proof of passing the state CNA exam or current CNA car
- BLS
- Valid ID (Driver’s License, Social Security card, or Passport)
