About the Role: Join AdvantaClean of Greater Hartford as a Construction Laborer, where you will play a vital role in our mission to provide top-notch restoration and remediation services. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites for restoration and remediation projects. Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials in residential and commercial properties. Support technicians in executing water, fire, and mold remediation tasks. Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively in accordance with company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to meet deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to management. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the industry. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in construction or restoration preferred. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
