Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and skilled construction workers proficient in all areas of residential building to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of residential construction, including framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, painting, and finishing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks related to residential construction, including but not limited to framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, painting, and finishing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and requirements of projects.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction.
- Proficiency in all areas of residential building, including framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, painting, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification is preferred.
