We’re Looking For A(n): Raw Batching Coordinator

Location: Seward, NE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain accurate records of on-hand inventory for all ingredients used in batching
• Perform essential inventory tasks in ERP system
• Support the Raw Processing department by overseeing and verifying the accuracy of ingredient processing during production
• Train team members on inventory practices, ERP usage, and safety and quality processes and provide support to employees throughout the process
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, waste reduction and optimize production flow, working with cross-functional teams to implement changes
• Operate a forklift to move ingredients
• Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines for the facility
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience operating food processing machinery preferred
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google programs
• Understanding of food safety and quality systems and manufacturing processes and technologies
