We’re Looking For A(n): Quality Technician
Location: Seward, Nebraska
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete pre-operational inspections daily to ensure production areas are cleaned, sanitized and are ready for production to start
- Collect environmental and product samples and complete applicable testing
- Conduct verification and monitoring checks and cGMP audits throughout production to ensure FSQ requirements are adhered to, document results in applicable system
- Assist with completion of various continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions investigations
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months in a related position, preferably in the food industry
- Experience working with HACCP, SQF, or FSMA is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google programs
- Understanding of food safety and quality systems and manufacturing processes and technologies
