Golden Oak Nursing, APC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one private-duty care for clients in their homes throughout Santa Clara County.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering flexible scheduling. You choose the assignments that fit your availability.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, attentive, one-on-one care in the client’s home.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, and transfers as needed.
Promote client safety and help reduce fall risk.
Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s condition.
Maintain a safe, clean, professional, and respectful environment.
Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team.
Follow each client’s individualized plan of care while respecting their dignity and independence.
Qualifications
Active California CNA certification.
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain before the first assignment).
Excellent communication and professionalism.
Compensation
$30–$40 per hour, depending on experience and the assignment.
