About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, engaging, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide companionship and light caregiving support to a mobile client with sciatica and scoliosis (Thursday and Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). The ideal candidate will be social, patient, and have a passion for providing excellent care. This role primarily involves monitoring the client's well-being, providing companionship, and assisting with daily activities.

The ideal candidate will be social, patient, and have a passion for providing excellent care. This role primarily involves monitoring the client's well-being, providing companionship, and assisting with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client's health and provide companionship, engaging in conversations and activities.
- Assist with light caregiving tasks, including skin care, breakfast, and lunch preparation based on the client’s wake-up time.
- Support the client during outings, such as haircuts and excursions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Assist with mobility, being mindful of the client's use of two sticks instead of a walker.
- Ensure the client’s comfort and safety while encouraging independence.
- Provide additional support as needed, focusing on enhancing the client's quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Must be based within Santa Clara County
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for client transportation.
- Experience with geriatric care, especially with clients having mobility issues such as sciatica and scoliosis, is a plus.
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on being social and engaging.
- Must be patient, attentive, and able to follow a care plan.
Preferred Candidate:
