SUMMARY:
Maintain standards of excellence throughout the Casino which includes cleaning of all public areas inside the casino and outside throughout the property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sweep, vacuum, wash and clean all debris from floor, vacuum Front Entrance/Bellman Area.
- Pick up loose trash in all areas and dispose of it to central receptacle.
- Signing in and out for keys and equipment on daily basis.
- Practice positive customer relations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
- Duties will include outside trash pickup and Garage trash pickup.
- Must be able to work in any weather conditions.
- Blow off front entrance and pick up trash in parking areas
- Keep all outside guest area free of trash and debris.
- Power Wash Front Entrance Area, Riverwalk, and building walls and windows.
- Complete all job duties and extra tasks that are assigned to the Maintenance Laborer.

- Inside and outside, humid, changing temperature
- Marble floors; carpet
- Moderate to loud noise
- Working with others and sometimes alone.
- Exposure to height, heavy machinery, cleaning chemicals and paper/dust particles.
- Use of mops, vacuums, shampooers, buffers, ladders, hampers, walk behind machines, chemicals, pen/pencil, paper and radio, trash bins, carts.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
- Knowledge and use of basic reading, writing and speaking skills in English.
- Must be able to communicate with guests, co-workers and supervisors and understand procedures.
- Mental alertness to achieve high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
- Able to use various equipment
- Lifting and/or pulling 75lbs or more.
- Able to work with various chemicals and cleaning equipment.
