Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.

The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
- Checking identification to ensure guest are the legal age to purchase and/or consume alcohol and gamble.
- Discover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
- Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guest.
- Utilizing proper equipment and ingredients.
- Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, bar-ware etc.
- Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning bar, washing glasses, utensils and equipment.
- Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
- Comply with state Gaming regulations, responsible gaming and responsible alcohol rules and procedures.
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experinece as a bartender prefered.
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Strong task and management abilities.
- Record of delivering exceptional guest experience
- Effective communication skills
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
- Team Player with a guest first attitude
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Ability to stand walk, bend, reach for extended periods and lift uo to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to obtain a valid Casino Employee Registration license upon hire
