As a Table Games Manager, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the table games department, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead table games staff during assigned shifts while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies
- Monitor table game activity to maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate with the Table Games Pit Manager to optimize pit layouts and game offerings
- Implement and enforce security and safety protocols
- Manage challenging situations with grace and composure
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Table Games Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
