Assists and advises the Player Services personnel as necessary, to assure the successful performance of their assigned job duties and the Company overall.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising the Player Services personnel to ensure accurate control over casino funds. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Development of staff, interviews, hires and evaluates.
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
- Ensuring that all state and federal guidelines for casino banking are being followed.
- Review Player Services shift activities with Player Services Shift Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Two to five years experience in cage operations and supervision with a 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
- Valid gaming license.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
