Provide the bar area with supplies and provide the bartender with items on request. Assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to stock bar items daily.
- Responsible to fill ice bins as needed.
- Responsible to assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.
- Replace bottles on Easy System, replacing juices and beer kegs on line.
- Empty garbage and mop floors.
- Ensure the safety and security of team members and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Six months experience in beverage field.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
