Spa Attendant
The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa areas at all times.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for daily operation of the spa to include adherence to all opening and closing activities.
- Ensures the cleanliness, safety and general maintenance of spa facility.
- Understands proper use of all spa equipment and ensures proper use of equipment by spa guests.
- Ensures guest adherence to established rules and regulations and takes appropriate action as needed.
- Maintains accurate accident and incident reports.
- Stocks related inventories to include linens and towels; delivers and receives linens to/from laundry facility.
- Maintains positive guest relations and adheres to all guidelines of service related programs and initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Very good verbal communication and guest relation skills required.
- Prior sales, cashiering, and computer experience preferred
- Previous guest contact experience preferred
- Physically able to maintain the spa equipment and transport laundry bins.
- Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
