Pool Attendant (Seasonal)
As a pool attendant you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for pool users. You will oversee the safety and cleanliness of the pool area.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Ensures the cleanliness, safety and general maintenance of pool and pool deck.
- Ensures use of facility by authorized guests and maintains pool attendance records.
- Maintains proper linen inventory – collects linens, delivers and receives linens from laundry – issues linens to guests according to procedure.
- Ensures cleanliness and organization of pool furniture and reports any facilities issues as needed.
- Ensures proper guest adherence to posted rules and regulations and takes appropriate action as needed.
- Responsible for retail sales in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintains positive guest relations and adheres to all guidelines of service related programs and initiatives.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
- Prior cashiering experience preferred.
- Previous guest contact experience preferred.
- Physically able to maintain the organization of pool furniture and transport laundry bins.
