Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
- Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences
- Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- . Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and carry serving tray with multiple items.
- Must have or be able to obtain Casino Employee Registration (CER) license upon hire
