Overview
Senior Human Resources Employee Benefits & Retirement Specialist will interpret and apply employee benefit practices, policies, laws and regulations to research and resolve complex federal employee benefits issues and problems.
Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.
Responsibilities
- Independently completing analysis and reconciling discrepancies or inconsistencies on benefits and creditable retirement service
- Provide guidance on the full range of employee benefit programs including retirement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 7 years experience Federal Retirement and Counseling
- FERS/CSRS experience
- Public Trust Clearance
