Golden Heart Senior Care is actively hiring caregivers in the Dayton area. Whether you’re experienced or new to caregiving, we provide paid training and a clear path to higher pay within your first few months.
Pay & Benefits:
- $13.50 – $17 per hour to start
- Pay increases available in as little as 90 days
- Flexible schedules (part-time and full-time, weekdays or weekends)

What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and errands
- Support clients in staying safe and independent at home
- Drive clients to appointments or activities (when needed)
Requirements:
- Caring, dependable, and reliable
- Reliable transportation (for some assignments)
- Ability to complete standard pre-employment checks
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
No experience required — paid training provided.
