Port of Subs Deli Lead

The Port of Subs Assistant Deli Lead helps support the Store Manager in the daily business operations of the store, including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, managing inventory levels, and handling any other task assigned by the Store Manager. POS Deli Lead complete management and organizational duties that support the efficiency of the store's operation and promote a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations, primarily the front end with store manager.
• Develops and executes business plans (key elements include financial responsibilities, labor and food planning, P&L budgeting, and store marketing to attain restaurant results.
• Order, maintain inventory, and manage cost control.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer concerns.
• Treats all employees with dignity and respect.
• Creates an environment where the entire restaurant team does the same and empowers team members to succeed.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years minimum in management or restaurant preferred, including full-service, fast-casual, or quick-service restaurants.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.
• High sense of urgency; self-motivator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
