Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Ensures all surveillance equipment is operating at the start of the shift, during shift and completion of shift
- Observes activities of guests and team members on the casino floor, cage and count rooms for criminal activity and/or violation of gaming regulations or company policies and procedures
- Reports all incidents observed on shift to Lead Surveillance Operator or Director
- Maintain surveillance activity logs
- Report any incident to department heads when it concerns their department
- Provide assistance to management and supervisors as requested
- Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information
- Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and serving people
- Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of surveillance equipment
- Knowledge of casino games by dealer experience
- Communication via two-way radio and telephone
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Previous Hotel and Casino experience, with knowledge of all casino games and slot operations preferred
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment
- Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
- Gaming Registration
- Constantly sitting and use of hearing and vision
- Indoor
- Varying conditions of noise levels, temperature, illumination and air quality
