Responsible for issuing daily assignments to Team Members. Must be able to respond to critical situations and resolve team member (internal/external) and guest concerns as they arise. Ensure overall cleanliness is up to hotel standards. Conduct room and floor inspections daily as well as complete tower check to ensure all service foyers, linen rooms, and guest halls are cleaned and well maintained.

Must be able to lift objects weighing 20 pounds
Must be able to push objects weighing up to 250 lbs.

- Responsible for running daily reports in LMS
- Counsel and effectively communicate any issues that may arise during the shift, and issue corrective counseling to Team Members if necessary.
- Must be able to ensure that overall cleanliness is up to hotel standards.
- Must be able to respond professionally to any team member and/or guest concerns and resolve them efficiently.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests.
Job Specifications - Qualifications
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred, prior experience in housekeeping is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and speak English ( Bilingual is a plus).
- Must be able to work with interruptions and handle high stressful situations in a professional manner.
- Need to be able to walk and stand 90% of the shift.
- Must be able to use telephone, two way radio, paging system, and computer(prior knowledge of LMS is a plus).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company. Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.
