Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Process all hardware, software, maintenance, subscription, and service orders through the procurement system, ensuring accurate GL or fixed asset coding
- Track and maintain Information Technology operational and capital budgets to support effective departmental decision-making
- Monitor and manage maintenance and subscription expiration timelines; coordinate timely renewals
- Support IT budget forecasting and planning activities
- Act as a liaison between IT and Legal for vendor contract reviews, approvals, and execution
- Maintain vendor agreement and contract records for the Information Technology department
- Draft and manage correspondence, memorandums, emails, and reports using Microsoft Office applications
- Organize and file departmental records and documentation
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Interact with department staff, vendors, and outside agencies in a courteous and service-oriented manner
- Provide administrative support to IT leadership and assist with special projects as assigned
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, Title 31, federal regulations, and standards like SOX, PCI, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework's.
- Deliver exceptional service to guests and Team members, meeting company culture standards
- Serve in an established `On-Call` rotation and perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum three (3) years of office administration experience
- Experience processing purchase requests using an electronic procurement system
- Experience processing and routing invoices for approval
- Experience tracking payables, ledgers (P&Ls), and managing capital and operational budgets
- Prior experience managing vendor relationships, onboarding, and contract administration
- Experience within a casino, gaming, or hospitality environment preferred
- Experience with IT operations a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present professionally and communicate effectively in one-on-one and group settings
- Effective English communication (written and verbal)
- At least 21 years old
- Obtain/maintain required company work cards
- Verify U.S. work authorization
