Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and individual options, take orders accurately, prepare and serve items to the guests
- Maintain Food and Beverage supplies to include to go items and cutlery, bottled sodas and assist Chef on Duty with orders from the warehouse for FOH operations
- Prepare all dishes following recipes and yield guides, according to department standards
- Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements
- Transport empty, dirty pots and pans to the main kitchen station
- Breakdown work station and complete closing duties according to department standards

- Manage cash bank, ensuring balance is accurate at the end of the shift
- Ensure adequate POS supplies are available for the shift, including ribbons, comp paper, cash drop envelopes and receipt paper
- Retain receipts for all transactions, and records and reconciles transactions on the point of sale system
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
- Maintain general cleanliness of assigned work station and dining room to include sanitation of tables, chairs, trays and sweeping
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous cash handling and guest service experience
- 6 months of previous experience working in high volume, fast-paced restaurant or cashiering environment preferred
- Prior experience with POS systems preferred
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment
- Able to effectively communication in English, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
