Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
- Meet or exceed revenue, visitation, and player development goals as assigned by the Player Development department
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with high-value guests through property hosting, off-property outreach, telemarketing, and email communications
- Coordinate VIP reservations, accommodations, amenities, transportation, and bill-back paperwork to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Proactively identify and engage new players, re-establish relationships with former guests, and promote loyalty club enrollment on the casino floor
- Maintain current knowledge of all promotions, events, and amenities to accurately inform and assist guests
- Exercise sound judgment when issuing comps and incentives based on play, profitability, and guest value
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of casino host or player development experience
- At least 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end hospitality or gaming environment
- Ability to manage multiple guests needs simultaneously
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- Ability to access and input information using casino marketing systems such as CMS and LMS preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

- Occasionally push/pull up to 25lbs
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
