Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including slot machines, chairs, slot stands, fixtures, signs, mirrors, and light fixtures (up to 9 feet)
- Clean public restrooms, including wiping surfaces, sanitizing toilets/urinals, emptying trash containers, and restocking paper products
- Remove debris from floors and walkways, vacuum carpets, and mop, sweep, and scrub floors as needed
- Stock cleaning supplies and empty/clean trash containers regularly
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 year of janitorial or porter experience in a casino or similar environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
