Parts Counter Representative

We are a large, successful Construction Dealership that has been serving the Western Pennsylvania area for more than thirty years. We are currently looking for a Full time/Part time entry-level parts counter representative.

Full Job Description:

• assist service techs in selecting parts
• respond to customer parts & information requests
• order and receive parts
• answer phones
• wait on customers
• stock bins
• issue credit for returns
• maintain parts inventory & reference materials
• maintain cleanliness of counter areas
• keep current on new products & product updates
• set up orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up
• maintain customer back-order file

Competencies:

• Warehouse experience is a plus, but willing to train the right individuals.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions and procedures.
• Must be able to lift 40 lb. boxes.
• Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player
• Must be computer literate High School Diploma or GED required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
