Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Salad Prep team member to join our kitchen staff in Fayetteville, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh salads and ingredients to ensure high-quality and timely service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other salad ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assemble salads and salad components in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad prep station and kitchen area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
