Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional guest relations throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment to support overall restaurant operations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during busy hours in a fine dining or nightclub setting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable; familiarity with cashiering and basic math skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to handle food safely with proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Experience with food industry tools like culinary techniques, food preparation, and serving standards
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
• Previous host/hostess experience or bartending background is a plus but not required

Pay: $7.50 - $15.00 per hour
