In this role, you will support a highly franchised system and help elevate how we plan, forecast, and drive performance across the business. We are looking for a leader with analytical rigor and forward-looking insight—someone who turns analysis into action through scenario modeling, clear recommendations, and strong business partnership.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Leads end-to-end annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
- Modeling & Analysis: Develops long-range plans, scenario models, and risk analysis for strategic tradeoffs.
- Financial Reporting: Delivers executive-ready reporting and strategic storytelling to Senior Leadership and board forums.
- Performance Management: Defines KPIs, analyzes profitability drivers, and strengthens financial governance.
- Partnership: Collaborates with Accounting, Operations, and other teams to align financial and operational goals.
