What You’ll Be Doing
- Support project teams by managing documentation, schedules, and communication.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs.
- Assist with budgeting, contract preparation, and workflow tracking.
- Facilitate communication between subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Help keep project timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track.
- Grow into owning key project responsibilities—including client-facing coordination.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant PM, or similar construction role.
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.
- A proactive, detail-focused mindset—especially when juggling multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with construction tools and platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.).
- Most importantly: genuine ambition to grow into larger project responsibilities.
