You will:Manage the entire bid process from start to finishPerform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysisBuild scope sheets, perform subcontractor leveling, and identify gaps or risksCoordinate with subcontractors to ensure complete, competitive proposalsAssemble the full bid package for ownership reviewPresent clear breakdowns, alternates, clarifications, and scope comparisonsMaintain organized bid documents and project dataSupport preconstruction planning and turnover once projects are awardedIf you love the process of turning information into a complete, competitive bid—you will thrive here.
