We served Southern CAs largest GCs for 30 years and are trying to expance our lean estimating and project management team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Costa Mesa, CA, for a Commercial Flooring Estimator. The role includes preparing accurate project estimates by analyzing costs, materials, labor, and timelines for flooring projects. This includes conducting site visits, reviewing project specifications and blueprints, and providing cost-effective solutions. The estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and clients, ensuring effective communication and adherence to budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.QualificationsExperience in Construction Estimating, particularly in flooring or similar fieldsProficiency in Budgeting and cost analysis for large-scale construction projectsStrong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and team membersKnowledge of flooring materials, roofs, and industry-specific standardsFamiliarity with Project Management practices and toolsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with relevant software tools such as estimating platforms or Microsoft ExcelPrevious experience in commercial construction is preferred
