Duties
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and extension tools, to achieve streak-free windows.
- Use ladders, scaffolding, or scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows on residential buildings.
- Perform thorough cleaning of glass surfaces, frames, sills, and screens to ensure a spotless finish.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper harnessing and equipment handling when working at heights.
- Prepare work sites by setting up necessary tools and protecting surrounding areas from water or cleaning solutions.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about service details and address any special requests or concerns professionally.
- Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment in excellent condition for optimal performance and safety.
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or similar roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience operating scissor lifts or other height-access equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
