Are you an InterNACHI-certified home inspector who loves inspecting but is tired of juggling the marketing, scheduling, and business grind? Golden Bear is looking for experienced inspectors who want to focus on the craft — not the chaos.
We handle the logistics so you can focus on delivering world-class inspections and helping clients make confident decisions.

- InterNACHI or ASHI certification
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, professional, and client-focused
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
