Job Overview
Golden Arcus International is seeking an experienced, bilingual Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, logistics flow, inventory management, and FBA fulfillment activities. This role is ideal for individuals with freight forwarding or 3PL experience who can manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality performance for import operations.
The position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with staff, clients, vendors, and carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, palletizing, and outbound shipments.
Manage import logistics flow for air freight, ocean freight, and FBA shipments.
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse personnel to maintain productivity and safety standards.
Coordinate warehouse appointments, inbound/outbound cargo movements, and trucking needs.
Maintain accurate inventory through WMS/ERP systems and resolve discrepancies in real time.
Ensure compliance with labeling, packing, pallet, and FBA shipment requirements.
Monitor KPIs, workflow efficiency, space utilization, and labor planning.
Work cross-departmentally to support customer requirements and improve service levels.
Build a positive work culture and lead Spanish-speaking teams effectively.
Required Qualifications
5 years warehouse or logistics operations management
2 years freight forwarding, 3PL, or import logistics experience preferred
Knowledge of warehouse workflow, cargo handling, and safety practices
Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA shipments and compliance rules
Proficiency with WMS/ERP or inventory control systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bilingual: English Spanish required
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
