Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
- Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of quality
- Manage profit & loss statements, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue streams
- Coordinate project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the organization
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to support organizational growth
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times
Experience
- Proven management experience in a leadership role within a similar industry or environment
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing business development strategies
- Extensive supervising experience with teams of varying sizes and functions
- Strong background in profit & loss management, financial analysis, and budget oversight
- Experience in project management with a focus on process improvement initiatives
- Ability to lead change management efforts effectively while maintaining team morale
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in sales or client relationship management is preferred but not mandatory
