We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our multi-family unit company!
Qualifications:
- At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment complexes
- HVAC Experience/Certification a plus
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Communicate effectively with tenants and schedule maintenance appointments
- Maintain property appearance and perform landscaping
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- Manage an organized inventory of tools and supplies
