We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bradford!
Qualifications:
- At least two years of maintenance experience
- HVAC Experience/Certification
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance, with a specific emphasis on HVAC systems
- Respond promptly to emergency HVAC maintenance requests
- Communicate effectively with tenants and schedule maintenance appointments
- Maintain property appearance and perform landscaping, with attention to HVAC unit surroundings
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes, particularly regarding HVAC systems
- Manage an organized inventory of tools and supplies
