Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 23 offices in 11 states, is seeking a Presentation & Visual Communications Assistant to support attorneys and professional staff by creating polished, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations. This role is ideal for someone with strong PowerPoint skills and an eye for clear, effective infographics, who is interested in gaining exposure to the legal industry and growing within a professional services environment. This role can be based out of either our Buffalo, New York or Princeton, New Jersey office and is eligible to be hybrid after on-site training is completed.
The primary focus of this position is transforming complex information into easy-to-digest, well-designed visual presentations.

The hourly range for this position is $24.00- $28.85. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Design, format, and edit high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, pitches, and internal/external use
- Create clear and compelling infographics, charts, timelines, and diagrams within PowerPoint
- Ensure presentations follow firm branding, formatting standards, and confidentiality requirements
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to translate content into effective visual formats
- Proofread and quality-check presentations for accuracy, consistency, and clarity
- Manage multiple presentation projects and deadlines
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Regularly required to clearly communicate and exchange information in English
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Regularly required to observe and assess data and documents, in printed form and on computer screens
- May be requested to work beyond normal work hours and weekends for special projects
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to work independently within general guidelines and minimal supervision
- Ability to recognize the need for confidentiality of information and to maintain such confidences
- Ability to respond to internal or external inquiries, including those of a sensitive, confidential, or adversarial nature
- Demonstrated ability to create clean, professional infographics and visual layouts within PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
