Multi-Site Property Manager – Lead, Organize, Communicate!
Pay: From $75,000/year
Location: NJ (Five communities – 326 total units)

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on property manager who can juggle multiple sites, lead teams, and keep operations running like clockwork. If you thrive on organization, problem-solving, and clear communication with residents, staff, vendors, and prospects — this role was made for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire:
- Manage teams across three communities, keeping everyone motivated and aligned.
- Drive operations and ensure properties run smoothly.
Leasing & Sales:
- Convert leads into residents with strong marketing and follow-up.
- Conduct tours, process applications, and support move-ins/move-outs.
Resident & Vendor Relations:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, vendors, and prospects.
- Handle requests, resolve issues, and maintain top-notch service.
Operational & Financial Oversight:
- Track expenses, and performance metrics.
- Maintain records, oversee compliance, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Experience with managing a community with a swimming pool.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years market-rate leasing or property management experience (Yardi a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and lead teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills — you never miss a detail.
- Excellent communicator with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “get-it-done” attitude.
- Willingness to travel regularly between properties.
