A prominent commercial real estate company seeks an experienced commercial property manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a regional medical office portfolio throughout several states. The property manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance supervision, construction oversight, reporting, AP/AR, and budgeting. The position is based in Middletown, NJ, with travel to properties, locally and out of state, as needed.
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of property management experience with commercial office, medical, or retail properties. This position requires strong administrative, organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills. The candidate must have acute attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, often meeting strict deadlines.
