Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee program to increase readiness of Civilian workforce and develop, implement, and institutionalize Army Civilian talent management across its four core functions - acquire, develop, employ, and retain.
- Provide oversight and guidance for all personnel assigned to the TO, performance of work, and compliance and quality control.
- Provide analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support to all activities as necessary.
- Conduct bi-weekly program reviews with client.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain)
- Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Master’s degree and 5 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense. In lieu of a master’s degree, 10 years’ experience supporting the Department of Defense and a bachelor’s degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Secret Clearance
- Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required.
