What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaner – Part-Time Evenings position at Gold Standard Cleaners, LLC?
Gold Standard Cleaners is a locally owned commercial cleaning company in southern New Hampshire. We keep apartment buildings, offices and medical practices clean, and we're hiring reliable part-time evening cleaners for buildings in Londonderry, Nashua, Manchester, Bedford, Merrimack, Hudson and Salem.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday evenings, roughly 6–9:30pm
- Most shifts are 3–4 hours
What you'll do
- Vacuum, mop and dust common areas, offices and hallways
- Clean and restock restrooms and break rooms
- Empty trash and recycling
- Follow each building's cleaning checklist and report anything that needs attention
- Keep equipment and supplies clean and organized
What we're looking for
- Reliable and on time — our clients count on us
- Detail-focused and proud of your work
- Available Monday to Friday evenings
- Reliable transportation required (crews move between sites)
- Able to stand, bend and lift for most of the shift
- Able to pass a background check
- 18 or older
- No experience needed — we provide paid training
Pay and benefits
- $17–$20 per hour (new team members start at $17; experience and team-lead duties pay up to $20)
- Paid every two weeks
- Paid training
- Paid time off: 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, usable after 90 days
- Room to grow into crew lead and supervisor roles
