Our retail budtenders are the face of that mission, connecting with customers in-store, and helping people feel informed and empowered about their purchases. In this role, you’ll be responsible for welcoming customers, building a rapport, and offering product recommendations that align with their preferences. You’ll help create a positive, professional, and informed shopping experience while supporting overall store operations and contributing to team sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and engage customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
2. Consult with customers to understand their product needs and preferences
3. Educate customers about product types, usage, benefits, and potential effects
4. Provide thoughtful, personalized product recommendations
5. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process purchases, returns, and exchanges
6. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment
8. Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to management
9. Stay up to date with industry knowledge, product developments, and compliance guidelines
