Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional phone etiquette to answer inquiries and direct calls effectively
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, retail math calculations, and receipts processing
- Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to enhance their purchasing experience
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves regularly, and ensure the store is organized and inviting
- Conduct inventory checks, restock supplies, and assist with stock management to ensure product availability
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated skills in a customer service setting
- Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations
- Experience with product.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic math skills necessary for cashiering and daily financial transactions
