Front Desk Associate
The specific shifts are for M/Tu/W/Th from 7am-12pm and Sunday from 8am-12pm. Please only apply if this fits your availability.
The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties.
This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures and computer skills required.
-Must be reliable, punctual, consistent, and have the ability to work well on your own.
-Must be willing to consistently work weekends.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Must have great customer service skills.
Job Duties
- Checking in members
- Answering the phone
- Assisting members with account questions
- Gym tours
- Signing members up
- Cleaning
- Making smoothies
- Point of Sale transactions
-Discounts on retail, drinks, smoothies, etc.
Compensación: $16.00 per hour
