Gold Property Management is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for completing general maintenance and repair work at residential rental properties, helping ensure our buildings and units are safe, clean, and well maintained.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing general repairs in apartments and common areas
- Handling basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
- Completing work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing vacant units for new tenants
- Inspecting properties for maintenance issues
- Maintaining tools, supplies, and work areas
- Responding to urgent maintenance needs when required
- Communicating clearly with management, tenants, and vendors
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance, construction, or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance materials as needed
